👨👩👧 New families
Families registering for the summer camp for the very first time must:
- Follow up with the director of the desired centre
- Complete their child’s file
- Then receive the registration link

2026 Summer Camp ProgramPlease note that:
The summer camp is offered to children aged 4 and older and will take place from June 29, 2026 to August 28, 2026, inclusive, for a total of 9 consecutive weeks.
The program schedules have been planned based on the current availability of activities and an estimate of anticipated registrations. In the event that changes must be made due to a change in ratio or other factors, parents will be notified as soon as possible of the alternative activities selected.
You can access your centre’s calendar through your billing portal.
Cancellation Policy
The deadline to cancel the selected weeks is May 1, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Requests to modify the selected weeks may be submitted until May 1, 2026, subject to approval by the Centre Director and based on remaining availability. After this date, LPCR cannot guarantee that changes will be granted.
Requests to add weeks may be approved afterward, depending on availability.
Payment Terms
Summer camp fees may be paid by automatic bank withdrawal in one or two installments (100% on May 6, 2026, or 50% on May 6 and 50% on June 17, 2026).
A 10% discount will be granted for the second child and any additional children registered for camp during the same week, within the same family only.
A fee of $25 will be charged for a returned cheque or insufficient funds.
Additional Information
LPCR will provide the morning and afternoon snack. Parents are responsible for providing their child’s lunch box for the midday meal.
The summer camp will operate on the same regular daycare schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Queensdale centre from 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the Scarborough centre from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Additional fees will be charged for late pick-ups.
To ensure a space is reserved for your child, all parents—subsidized or not—must complete the online registration form before May 1, 2026 (one form per child).
